When you hire Pro Built Corp. we will provide you with the protection that you deserve and should expect when hiring a reputable company to perform work on one of your biggest and most important investments. Upon the homeowners' request we will provide lien waivers that ensure that upon making the final payment that you will be protected from recourse of unpaid debt by supply companies that furnished materials and workers that furnished labor on your project. We also upon the homeowners' request add them on our insurances as a certificate holder that provides protection against cancellation of insurance policies during the process of the work. A change in policies or cancellation could result in the homeowner being liable for injuries and or damages to their property.

There are two types of lien waivers that a homeowner should ask for before making the final payment. One is a materials waiver that states that all materials furnished are paid in full and that all writes of liens on property are waived. This waiver is supplied buy by the supplier of the materials used on the project witch is given to the builder and then the builder gives the waiver to the homeowner. The second waiver is a labor waiver that states that all labor furnished by the workers on the project are paid in full. This waiver is furnished by the builder and supplied to the homeowner.

When a homeowner is added on the company's insurance as a certificate holder, this ensures that should the provided insurance policies be cancelled before the expiration date the insurance company endeavors to mail 30 days written notice to the certificate holder that there has been a disturbance in the insurance and that they may be a risk of a lawsuit or be responsible for injuries & liabilities.
